Guidelines

** Please follow these guidelines when updating the pages of this site **

Names and Contact Info

• • Publishing personal information, phone numbers, and email addresses to this site is highly discouraged unless authorized by the auxiliary in charge of the page, and the person who's information is being shared. 

  • Adults: When referring to an individual adult, use their Last Name Only (eg. Brother Smith, Sister Smith, Bishop Jones, etc.).

    • If there is more than one brother or sister with the same last name, please add their 1st initial (eg. Brother T. Smith,  Sister M. Smith)

  • Youth: When referring to an individual youth, use their First Name Only. If you have to clarify because there are more than one youth with a first name, use their last initial (eg. Tommy S., John M.)

Images 

• • Images posted should be approved by president of the auxiliary, or the ward communication specialist. 

  • Any images posted with recognizable faces should be approved by those in the photo.

Responsibilities

• • Updates should only be made by Secretaries so consistency can be maintained from week to week.

  • Secretaries should review their page each week at a minimum to maintain validity of information. 

    • Obsolete information should be removed promptly.
